The Nelson Institute Issue Brief summarizes and conveys up-to-date scholarship from across the UW-Madison campus on key issues of environmental concern. The current edition focuses on Wisconsin's more frequent, heavier precipitation events and research detailing likely future precipitation changes, adaptation efforts, and ecological, social and economic consequences of the increasing frequency, and intensity of these events.
